Free trial

The 14-day trial is free and needs no payment details. Nothing is charged when it ends.

Subscriptions

Plans are bought for one month or twelve months at a time and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not pay again, your account becomes read-only when the paid period ends.

Refunds

• If you were charged twice or charged for a payment that did not activate your plan, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount.
• If you buy a twelve-month plan and ask within 7 days of payment, we will refund it in full.
• Otherwise, fees already paid for a period that has started are not refundable.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Online payments to garages

Payments that customers make to a garage through the garage's own Razorpay account are between the customer and that garage. Contact the garage for refunds.
