Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new garage gets 14 days with all features, including Pro. No card is needed to start.

What happens when the trial ends?

Choose a plan and pay from Settings → Subscription. If you do not, your account becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, and nothing is deleted.

Does it renew automatically?

No. You pay for one month or twelve months at a time, by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. The app reminds you before the end date.

Is the price per user or per car?

Neither. The price is per garage. Staff logins and photo storage depend on the plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Subscription. The new plan starts as soon as you pay.

Can I get a refund?

If you were charged twice, or ask within 7 days of buying a 12-month plan, we refund it. See the refund policy for details.
