Parts & stock
Stock that adds up, even when two people work at once.
Keep your parts list with part number, supplier, cost, selling price and reorder level. Approved estimates reserve parts, fitting a part deducts it, and every movement is written to a ledger: received, adjusted, fitted, released or returned to the supplier. Low-stock parts show on the dashboard. Stock changes are checked on the server, so two people fitting the last part at the same moment cannot both succeed.
Included in the Growth and Pro plans.

What you can do
Parts list
Part number, description, supplier, cost, price and reorder level.
Reserved on approval
Approved work holds the parts it needs.
Fitted deducts
Parts come off stock when the mechanic marks them fitted.
Stock ledger
Every receipt, adjustment, fitting and return, with who and when.
Low-stock alerts
Parts at or below their reorder level are listed on the dashboard.
Returns to supplier
Record returns so stock and costs stay correct.
How it works
- Add parts with opening stock, or import them.
- Receive stock when deliveries arrive.
- Approved jobs reserve parts and fitting deducts them.
- Reorder when the dashboard shows low stock.
Good to know
Which plan includes stock?
Growth and Pro. On Starter, parts are still added to estimates and invoices, without stock tracking.
Can I adjust stock after a count?
Yes, with a reason. The adjustment is written to the ledger.
Can mechanics see part costs?
No. Mechanics never see prices or costs; advisors see selling prices but not costs.
