This policy explains how AdToro Performance Marketing Private Limited handles personal data in AdToro Auto.

Who is responsible

For garage account information (owner and staff names, mobile numbers, emails), we decide how it is used. For the data a garage enters about its own customers and vehicles, the garage decides how it is used and we process it on the garage's behalf.

What we collect

• Account details: garage name, city, owner and staff names, mobile numbers, optional email, hashed passwords and PINs.
• Garage records: customers, vehicles, appointments, job cards, inspection notes and photos, estimates, approvals with signatures, invoices, payments, parts, time and expense records.
• Technical data: sign-in sessions (a cookie that keeps you signed in), IP address and browser type for security and audit logs.
• Payments: Razorpay processes card and UPI details; we receive only payment references and amounts.

How we use it

To run the service, keep it secure, prevent misuse, provide support, and bill subscriptions. We do not sell personal data or use garages' customer data for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our hosting provider in the region chosen for our servers, which may be outside India, with encryption in transit. Each garage's records are kept separate and access is checked on every request.

How long we keep it

While the garage account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. A garage can ask us to delete its data after closing its account.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data and to withdraw consent. Customers of a garage should contact that garage first; we will help the garage respond. Contact our grievance officer at [email protected].

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We will post updates here and tell account owners about significant changes.
