Getting started
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes for the basics: your garage details, working hours and your mechanics. Importing customers from a spreadsheet takes a few minutes more.
Do I need to install anything?
No. AdToro Auto runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or Android phone.
Can you help me set up?
Yes. Book a demo or contact us and we will walk you through setup and importing your customers.
Does it work with a slow internet connection?
Yes. Screens are light, photos are resized on the phone before upload, and the app tells you clearly when you are offline.
Mechanics
Do my mechanics need email addresses?
No. They sign in with the garage code, their mobile number and a 6-digit PIN.
Can mechanics use the app in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes. The mechanic screen switches between English, मराठी and हिंदी.
Will mechanics see my prices?
No. Mechanics never see prices, costs or customer phone numbers.
Customers
How do customers approve estimates?
You share a WhatsApp message with a private link. The customer approves or declines each item and signs on their phone.
Can customers book online?
Yes. Share your garage’s booking link; customers pick a service and a free slot without signing up.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Their link opens in any phone browser.
Billing & payments
Can I take payments online?
On Pro, connect your own Razorpay account and customers can pay invoices from their link. The money goes straight to your account.
Can I record cash and UPI?
Yes, on every plan, in full or in parts, with a reference number.
Can I correct an invoice?
Issued invoices are locked. Issue a credit note for the correction; both stay in your records.
Subscription
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan and pay online from Settings → Subscription. If you do not, your data stays safe and viewable in read-only mode until you renew.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. You pay for one month or twelve months at a time and get a reminder before it ends.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Subscription; the new plan starts when you pay.
Is there a contract?
No. Stop whenever you like. You can export your data at any time.
Data & security
Who owns the data?
You do. Export customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices and stock as CSV whenever you want.
Can other garages see my data?
No. Each garage’s records are kept separate, and every request is checked on the server.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted because of a lapse.
